Looking in to the AliVe mod, it mentions the areas of action being an impact on performance. So as we re-spawned at various points and went off in seperate directions, this activates those areas. With multiple active areas, the impact to the CPU is more.

I think I found the issue Keets, I had to take off the Multithreading and the CPU count from ARMA sync, it was causing a conflict.
